I love this neighborhood! It's close to major businesses. The neighbors are great and friendly! Lisa has been a good helper and Kristin is awesome! My home is reasonable, spacious, and the pool and fitness room are great!
I have lived peacefully in the park for almost 5 years. I purchased my home and I have to say I am happy I did so. My neighbors are caring and friendly. There is an awesome pool during the summer, along with a very nice fitness room with BRAND NEW equipment open 24/7! The park is within walking distance to both downtown Potterville and the Library, along with a walking trail leading to beautiful Lake Alliance. I have more to say but you would get tired of reading! I truly enjoy the peacefulness of my home and have never regretted the decision to be a part of this community. Absolutely love the sales staff!!
Potterville is a lovely little town! With my family of 5 I needed a rental that could accommodate us and our pets. Independence Commons has been a safe and comfortable place to live. We are located only a mile from the school so the location is perfect.
It's a safe and quiet neighborhood for my daughters and I with amenities that they enjoy such as the pool and BB court. The grounds are always kept tidy also.
My move in process was quick and painless thanks to Kristin! The new Maintainance man (George) is professional, friendly and efficient when doing repairs. Also, the ladies in the community office (Lynn and Denise) are always a pleasure no matter the issue at hand. Im always met with a smile and dealt with professionally.
Let me just start by saying We've lived here for about 2 and a half years. Its a great place to live with alot of amenities. Like a swimming pool and workout room. Me and my husband like all the neighbors and the sales office along with the community office is very helpful and professional. They will answer any and all ?s you have.
